Getting started
Do I need a demo?
No. When sign-up opens, you start the 14-day trial yourself, upload a CIM, and the modules walk you through the rest. Until then, join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens. Each has a built-in guide.
Is a card required for the trial?
Yes. Nothing is charged until day 15, and cancelling during the trial means it never is.
Can I invite my team during the trial?
Yes, up to the plan's seat count, by email with a permission level, or by sharing your organization's invite code.
What do I need to bring?
A CIM or a set of financial statements. Scanned PDFs are fine.

Which modules are on every plan?
Pipeline, decisions, documents, extraction, Q&A, Quality of Earnings, normalized statements, working capital, valuation, contacts.
Which start at Professional?
Revenue durability, financing and DSCR, investment memo, tasks, playbooks.
Which start at Firm?
The MCP server and prompt templates.
Why can't I open Financing yet?
A QoE period must be locked first. No debt model is built on unreviewed earnings.
Can I enter my CPA's QoE instead of building one?
Yes; attach their workpapers as evidence and lock.
Does it support non-December year ends and other currencies?
Yes. Periods are dated from the statement; a document in a different currency is shown with a warning and never converted silently.
Is the valuation a certified appraisal?
No. It is a calculation of value with an audit trail.
AI
Does the AI make up numbers?
Extracted figures carry a confidence score and are cross-checked against the source table. Answers cite their sources or say the documents do not show it. Memo narrative uses approved figures only. AI output can still be wrong, even when it looks precise: a qualified person must verify it before you rely on it, and it is not advice.
Can I use my own model?
Yes: OpenAI or Anthropic, your key, stored in a secure key vault.
Where does AI processing happen?
Data at rest is in Canada; platform inference is currently in the United States. The Security page has the detail.
Do you train on my data?
No.
Pricing and billing
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual is a 12-month commitment billed monthly at the lower rate.
Can I cancel any time?
On monthly, yes, effective at period end. During an annual commitment, you keep paying to the end of the term.
Canadian billing?
Yes. Prices are listed in USD; a Canadian billing address is billed in CAD at checkout, with sales tax calculated there.
Is there a public API?
No.
Security and data
Where is my data?
Stored in Canada. AI processing, transactional email and web delivery happen in the United States; the security page and the Subprocessors page list each one.
Who can see my deals?
Only members of your organization, by permission: Editor, Read Only, QoE Reviewer or Auditor, plus admins. The MCP server sees what the signed-in user sees.
Can I export everything?
Yes. An admin exports a ZIP of every record as JSON plus the original documents, at any time while the subscription is active. Self-service export ends when access ends; for 60 days after that, the same export is available on request.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not yet. The security page says exactly what we have.
