MCP server · Firm and Enterprise
Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your deals. Get the answer from the deal record.
Acquiror AI exposes every deal's data to the AI assistants your team already uses through the Model Context Protocol. More than 60 tools, a 35-prompt M&A catalogue, and the same tenant isolation as the app.
What it is, for the non-technical reader
MCP is the open standard that lets an AI assistant call a tool. Connect Acquiror AI as a connector in Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity or Cursor, sign in with your Acquiror AI account, and the assistant can read your pipeline, a deal's QoE, its valuation scenarios, its financing coverage and its memo context, and answer in your chat.
Example questions:
- "Which deals in Deep Due Diligence have a DSCR below 1.25× on the selected scenario?"
- "Summarize the revenue durability of Target Co and list the top three concentration risks."
- "Draft the executive summary for the Northwind memo using the locked FY2024 QoE."
- "What did we decide on Deal 42 and why?"
What it exposes
Tool groups cover deals and pipeline, deal context, documents, Q&A, financial analysis, QoE (periods, adjustments, the earnings bridge, evidence), valuation (scenarios, comparables, DCF, triangulation, sensitivity, the audit trail), financing (scenarios, instruments, underwriting, stress tests, debt capacity, risk flags), working capital, revenue durability, decisions and milestones, investment memo sections and notes, tasks, playbooks, contacts and their ratings, tags, analytics, reference data and user info. Every tool is tenant-scoped: the assistant sees only what the signed-in user can see in the app.
What an assistant can change
An assistant reads the record and asks questions of it. No tool creates or edits a deal record, so your QoE, valuation, financing and decisions change only in the app. The one tool that writes anything is Ask, which runs a metered Q&A against the deal's documents and logs the question and answer to the deal's Q&A history, exactly as the app does. MCP is the integration surface, in place of a public API.
Security
- OAuth sign-in through Microsoft Entra External ID; the assistant holds a token for the user, never a shared secret.
- Tenant isolation is enforced server-side on every tool call, the same as the web app.
- MCP access is available on Firm and Enterprise; other plans cannot connect.
The prompt catalogue
35 ready-to-use M&A prompts across 14 modules, available in the assistant and in the app's Prompt Templates browser. Investment memo (5), valuation (5), deals (4), financing (3), revenue durability (3), working capital, QoE, decisions, portfolio and more. Each prompt pre-injects live deal context so the assistant starts from the record, not from a blank page.
What comes out of it
Answers in your assistant's chat, drawn from a deal context that states the same figures in the same words as the memo, and 35 prompts that start every conversation from the live deal context.
