A full year of Enterprise on the annual commitment is $28,788. That is less than one mid-range Quality of Earnings engagement. It covers every deal your team screens. A year of Professional is $6,708, inside the $5,000 to $15,000 one deal's data room typically costs.
Per-deal AI QoE reports are good value if you will look at one business. If you screen a pipeline, you pay per deal forever. Professional builds the financing model and the memo from your locked Quality of Earnings.
Since 1 October 2026, an SBA 7(a) acquisition at a Business Purchase Price of $3 million or more, excluding owner-occupied real estate, carries one more requirement. The lender orders its own Quality of Earnings, with a cash proof, and underwrites on its earnings. That report must not be prepared by or for the seller. The workbench is how you know what that report will say before you pay for it. Below that price the SBA mandates no report; the workbench is where you build and test the bridge a lender will read.

How billing works
- Monthly
- Charged each month at the monthly price. Cancel, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations at the end of the period.
- Annual
- A 12-month commitment at the discounted rate, charged monthly, not as a lump sum. An upgrade takes effect immediately and starts a new 12-month commitment; downgrades and switching to monthly are blocked until the commitment ends. When it ends, billing converts to the standard monthly rate automatically. Toggle Annual again to start a new commitment.
- Trial
- 14 days, card-gated, first-time subscribers only. Cancel during the trial and the card is never charged.
- Currency
- Prices are listed in USD. A Canadian billing address is billed in CAD at checkout. You enter the billing address before choosing a plan, and it sets the currency. Once the first subscription starts, the currency is locked and the billing country and province become read-only. On a Canadian billing address, GST or HST is added at checkout and itemized on the invoice.
- Payments
- Stripe handles the card. We never store card data. Invoices and payment history are in the app.
- Usage
- A usage dashboard shows deals, seats, storage and AI analyses against the plan’s limits.
Pricing questions
Can I pay only in the months I have a live deal?
Yes, on monthly billing. Subscribe when the CIM arrives, cancel when the deal closes or dies. Export your data before the period ends. For 60 days after that, an export is available on request.
What counts as an AI analysis?
An AI-driven operation: a document extraction, a Q&A answer, a memo generation, a durability narrative and the like. Solo has 100 a month, Professional 500, Firm 1,500, Enterprise no ceiling. If you bring your own key, your provider bills you for the tokens directly.
Is there a public API?
No public API on any plan. Firm and Enterprise connect AI assistants to your deal data through the MCP server instead.
Can I upgrade mid-deal?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated by Stripe. On monthly billing, downgrades apply at the end of the current period. On an annual commitment, an upgrade starts a new 12-month commitment, and downgrades and switching to monthly are blocked until the commitment ends. If your seats or storage exceed the lower plan, the app tells you.
What does "up to 3 deals" mean?
You can hold up to 3 deals at a time, and the count never resets. Deleting a deal frees a slot. Closed or lost deals count until you delete them.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
You keep access to the end of the paid period, self-service export included, so export before it ends. For 60 days after that, an export of your data is available on request. Deletion follows within 90 days after that window. The retention schedule is public.
