Pipeline and decisions

A pipeline that remembers why you passed.

Nine stages, an append-only decision log with confidence levels, contacts with timelines, tasks that cannot be silently overwritten, and industry playbooks.

The deal list with four demonstration deals in four stages, Letter of Intent, NDA Signed, Sourced and Deep Due Diligence, each card showing its value provenance, risk, days in stage, asking price, expected close and win probability, with the Sourced card flagged as stalled.
A demonstration deal. Figures as the product shows them.
  1. Days in stage on every card
  2. A stalled deal is flagged

Pipeline

Sourced → Initial Screen → NDA Signed → CIM Received → Deep Due Diligence → Letter of Intent → Purchase Agreement → Closed Won / Closed Lost. Stage history with who and when. Win probability defaults per stage and can be set by hand. Risk level, one of sixty industry segments, tags, Priority Deals. Every card shows days in stage, a stalled badge when a deal sits too long, last activity from logged interactions, and weighted value. A soft advisory at the LOI stage lists what is still missing, and a close-date nudge offers to mark a deal closed. Filter and sort; ⌘K to jump to any deal.

Headline figures that know where they came from

Asking Price, Estimated Value, Confirmed EBITDA and Win Probability each carry a provenance chip: sourcing-grade default, or verified by a module. The deal-maturity panel under them says which is which, flags drift when a module's figure has moved since the last sync, and offers a one-click Update to adopt the locked QoE EBITDA, the selected valuation's concluded value or the AI risk assessment as the headline.

The headline figures of a demonstration deal, asking price, win probability marked Manual, expected close and confirmed EBITDA marked QoE-verified, above the Deal Maturity panel, which says the EBITDA is QoE-verified, flags that the concluded valuation differs from the deal headline with an Update button, and notes that the risk level is AI-assessed.

Decisions

Go, No-Go, Conditional Go, Parked. Confidence High, Medium, Low. Rationale, stage, author, timestamp. Nothing is edited after the fact; the chain is the audit trail. Stage milestones track the diligence gates and are marked passed as each analysis completes. Export the decision chain to PDF, Excel or JSON. At the LOI stage, generate an LOI draft from the deal's commercial terms and the decision rationale for counsel to review.

Contacts

Seller reps, brokers, advisors, lenders. Interaction timeline of calls, meetings, emails and notes with next actions. Multi-criteria ratings on each contact, so the broker who always delivers the CIM late is on record. Contacts associate to many deals; the deal summary shows the primary contact and broker.

Tasks

Typed tasks (broker follow-up, seller follow-up, document request, analysis, internal), due dates, five statuses, a cross-deal My Tasks view. Two people editing one task: the later save is refused with a reload, never a silent overwrite.

Playbooks

Reusable industry question sets. Load into Q&A to ask sequentially, or import into Tasks to assign. Seeded per industry; admins build their own and mark defaults.

Analytics

Active deals, total estimated value, total EBITDA under evaluation and the funnel by stage, filtered by industry, stage and risk. Counts active deals only.

What comes out of it

A decision chain exported to PDF, Excel or JSON, an LOI draft for counsel at the LOI stage, and headline figures that say where they came from.
