Investment memo
The document your investors actually read, built from the numbers you already approved.
Up to thirteen sections. Three are drafted by Vera from approved figures only; the rest are assembled from the modules themselves. Export to a branded PDF.

What is in it
| Section | Built from |
|---|---|
| Cover page | Your firm's branding and logo, deal name, confidentiality notice |
| Executive summary | AI-drafted, with the decision history as context |
| Business overview | AI-drafted |
| Market analysis | AI-drafted |
| Revenue durability | Customer concentration, retention rates, contract profile, durability score |
| Quality of Earnings | Normalized EBITDA and SDE with the adjustments in three groups: approved, run-rate, excluded |
| Working capital | Peg, trends, purchase-price adjustment |
| Valuation | Market, DCF, asset and the triangulated conclusion |
| Financing structure | Selected scenario, instruments, DSCR coverage and stress tests |
| Risk factors | Every module's risk flags with severity |
| Returns analysis | Purchase price, equity required, the premium or discount to the valuation conclusion, and the low, base and high values against the equity contribution (not a projected return) |
| Appendices | Decision history and stage transitions (off by default) |
| Evidence appendix | Numbered source documents and GL references behind every approved QoE adjustment |
How it works
- Choose sections and section notes in Setup. You can prepare notes before the earnings are locked.
- Generate. Vera drafts the three narrative sections from the figures a reviewer approved. Draft add-backs never reach the narrative. If the model refuses or cannot complete, you see the refusal, not a half memo.
- Edit inline, save, regenerate when diligence moves. The last generated memo stays downloadable for 30 days after you leave the screen.
- Export to PDF, with your firm's branding and logo from Organization settings. Every amount carries the deal's currency mark. A figure never entered prints as not entered, never as zero.
Why it is different from "ask ChatGPT to write a memo"
The figures are not pasted in. They are read from the locked QoE, the selected valuation scenario and the selected financing scenario. The MCP deal context an external assistant reads states the same figures in the same words, so the memo and the assistant cannot give two accounts of one target.
The recommendation and your decision
Vera's executive summary carries the recommendation, drawn from the record, so the memo has no separate Recommendation section. Your decision lives in the Decision tab, and prints in the appendix when you switch it on.
What comes out of it
A branded PDF of up to thirteen sections, every amount in the deal's currency, with an evidence appendix behind the approved QoE adjustments, ready for your investors.
