The deal loop
From the first upload to the final memo, one record of the truth.
Acquiror AI is a deal workspace with real financial engines inside it. Figures move forward through the modules, never retyped, and every figure reads the same on every screen and in every export.
How a deal flows
- Documents. Upload the CIM, statements and tax returns. Vera detects the type; you confirm it.
- Financials and AI Insights. Confirm a P&L and extraction unlocks. Revenue, gross profit, EBITDA and net income by year with a confidence score on each figure.
- Quality of Earnings, Income Statement, Balance Sheet. Build the normalized view. Every adjustment carries a category, evidence and a support status. Lock the QoE period when the bridge is defensible.
- Working Capital and Revenue Durability. Unlock once financials are extracted. Trend the cash cycle, set the peg, score what survives the change of ownership.
- Valuation. Unlocks when a QoE period is locked. Market comparables, DCF, asset approach, triangulated with weights. Scenarios, overrides, audit log.
- Financing. Unlocks when a QoE period is locked. Instruments, CADS-based DSCR, stress tests, debt capacity, credit memo.
- Decision. Record Go, No-Go, Conditional Go or Parked with a confidence level. Append-only. Draft the LOI at the LOI stage.
- Investment Memo. Unlocks when a QoE period is locked. Generate, edit inline, export to PDF with your branding and an evidence appendix.
"Lock a QoE period to unlock this." That line appears on the Valuation, Comparable Valuation, Financing and Investment Memo tabs until the earnings are reviewed. It is deliberate: no memo and no debt model is ever built on unreviewed EBITDA.
